296 %r ednesday Evening December I9th. , I928. ratified, confirmed and approved. j The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and of valuable interests therein affected by such vacation, which list or roll shall describe the ,property beneficially or injuriously affected by such vacation. The Board signed the contract with Barry Barnes for the,con- j struction of .trade, curb and vial's on 35th. , Street from Grand drunk ,Vestern ' . R. to 1' north. line o.f Lots II2C and 94 in Belmont addition under Improvement Resolution No. 2145, in the amount of 3,078.20. The Board also approved the construction bond for I same in the amount of I0W of the contract price signed by the United States Fidelity!; , and. Guaranty Company. The Board approved the renewal certificates of 'Tilliam Bur -ice and Son for excavation bonds in .the amount of-pI,000.00 each. City iginee Ti. G. 71ray, filed the following primary assess- ment rolls: Assessment roll for the pavement on Sunnyside Avenue from south curb line of Langfeilew= nue to the north curb line of Mall street under Improvement Resolution 1,10.2I16. Assessment roll for the pavement, widening, and resurfacing of VTiami Street from Lincoln Way Fast to �1ing Avenue except the portion from alley south of L. W. E. to south line of Pennsylvania Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2060. In both of the above na- ed assessment. rolls, the Board hereby orders that on the I6th. , day of January 1929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Mall at 7-I5 P. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been or mill be benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls.
