(See files for copy of re.salution. ) <br />• <br />0 <br />0 <br />0 <br />11 <br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby <br />orders that on the ft&., day of January 1929, this Board will meet in their office <br />in. the City Hall at 7-I5 P. g�., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons <br />whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether <br />the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for such <br />im-irovements will be bqua1T to:7_the estimated costs of same as reported by the ngineer. <br />The Board further orders that notices of such hearings shall be published on the <br />I4th., day of December and on the 2lst., day of December 1928 in the South fiend <br />News Times and Tribune according to law. <br />Assistant .Engineer, R.
