This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment <br />J <br />Assessment roll far the`sewerin. Brookfield 6treet from Prairie Avenue to <br />A Indiana avenue under Improvement Resolution 110.2180. <br />Assessment roll for the sewer in Liberty Street from Division Street to <br />Sample street under Improvement Resolution No.2I22. • <br />In both of the above named assessment rolls,, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said. improvements <br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment rolls. The Board, <br />therefore decides to take final action on said assessment rolls, and declares same <br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings <br />closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of <br />Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearings_ were had on the following -orimary assess- <br />ment rolls: <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Atl@;eld Street from west line of harine <br />Street to east line of Yiami Heights. Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2087. <br />Assessment roil for the pavement on Victoria atreet from east curb line <br />of Yiami -Streiet to east line of Miami Heights Addition under Improvement Resolution <br />No.2088. <br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises <br />finds'that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement's <br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment rolls. : The Board, <br />therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in <br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings l <br />closed. The Board, therefore, decides to ta':ce final action on said assess-j <br />ment roll and declares same in all things ratified confirmed and approved without modifi= <br />cation and the <br />proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered <br />jto the Department of Finance. <br />I <br />The Board approve the Guarantee Bond of the Reith Riley Construction �'ompany <br />for the pavement on Victoria treet under Improvement resolution No.2088 in the amount <br />of 2,084.92 signed by the Southern '7urety company. <br />The Board signed the contract with Rocco Simeri for the sewer in 06uthwood a <br />1Avenue from Harriett Street to Greenlawn avenue under Improvement Resolution <br />No.2I42, <br />in` the amount of 3, II6.30. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for <br />50/6 <br />of the contract trice signed by The Fidelity Casualty `'ompany of slew fork. <br />The Board signed the contract with Rocco 6imeri for the sewer in O'Brien <br />Street frtm fflerwinsti Court to Ist. alley north of �lerwinski Court; o�erwinski Oourt!� <br />, also <br />from Johnson-'treet to O'Brien Street under Improvement Resolution N'o.2I46 in the amount i <br />of $856.40. The Board <br />also approved the construction bond of same for 50� of the contras; <br />priee'signed by Employers Liability Assurance Company. <br />l <br />The Board signed the contract with Rocco Simeri for the sewer in Johnson <br />�Ztreet from Elwood Avenye to Bulla street under Improvement <br />ovement Resolution <br />p No.2256 in the <br />mount of I,338.Io. The Board signed the construction bond of same for 50o of the <br />contract price signed by the Employers Liability Assurance Co. ji <br />
