<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the

<br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared and the following
<br />written remonstrances were filed; �!

<br />After hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll and being
<br />fully advised in the premises., the Board finds that the several This and parcels of
<br />land primarily assessed for said improvement are specially benefited in the amounts
<br />named on primary assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to paver rule said
<br />remonstrances, and takes final action on said assessment roll, declaring same in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings
<br />closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of
<br />Vinanc e.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />sewer and pavement improvement in Summit Place Fifth Addition under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2078.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, one remonstrator appeared and filed a
<br />written remonstrance against the assessment levied against Lot No. I495 Summit Place
<br />Fifth Additi-on, in the hamef_of Clement Studebakerip Estate. Said remonstrance was
<br />filed by Feig and T-iurwich, attorneys.
<br />After hearing all persons interested in said improvement assessment roll,
<br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Board decides to ever rule said
<br />remonstrance, and finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed
<br />for such improvement, have been benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll
<br />and therefore, the Board takes final action on said roll, and declares same in all
<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings
<br />closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of
<br />Finance.
<br />This being the date, hearing was had on the awsessment roll for the Iavement
<br />on Jefferson Street from Walnut Street to Cherry Street under Improvement Resolution
<br />No.204I.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement
<br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides
<br />to ta'ce final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified
<br />confirmed and ap1roved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board
<br />now orders said assessment roll delivered to -the Department of Finance.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />pavement on Kinyon Street from east 1 i4e of Portage Avenue to east line of Lot 181
<br />ftortlz west Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2I03.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds the.t the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improve
<br />went have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment roll. The
<br />Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares same in
<br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved wittout "modification and the proceedings.
<br />closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of
<br />Finance. -
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />pavement of the west one half of Logan Street from Mishawaka Avenue to north end
<br />of River. .Bridge under Improvement Resolution No.2I00.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts
<br />named on said primary roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on
<br />said primary assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confife,zed i!
<br />and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders
<br />said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance. �f
<br />I The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of H. N. Barnes for the improvement
<br />{ in Summit, Place fifth Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2078, signed by the
<br />United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co., in the amount of 7,644.14.
