Tuesday, November 20th. , 1928. City Engineer, H. G. Wrayfiled , primary assessment roll for the ; pavement on Sample Street from point 308 feet west of Belleville` Ist. , Unit to west line of N. J. I. & I. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.2037. In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders that on the 5th., day.of December 1928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Mall at 7-I5 P. V., to hear and receive remonstrances from all .persons whose I property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several iI lots and parcels of land -primarily assessed have been benefited in the amount named on said assessment roll or in a greater or less sum than that named on said roll. L The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 30th. , .day of November and on the Ist. , da,-7 of December 1928, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law.
