Wednesday Evening, November 14th., 1928. <br />remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the remises finds that !I: <br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said <br />assessment roll. The Board, therefore, take s final action on said assessment roll <br />and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification <br />-o i <br />and the proceedings closed, The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered t0 <br />the Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearin was had on the assessment roll for <br />the ement v onng ella Avenue from east line of fiarter Heights Addition to theper <br />pa A <br />:Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2127. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrance was filed and the,Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts . <br />named on said assessment roll. The Board,, therefore, decides to take final action on <br />said ,assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment <br />roll delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates <br />and the Board adopted said plans and specifications together with the following improve- <br />ment Resolutions: <br />Improvement Resolution No.2I58 for the pavement of Bridge Street from: <br />Colfax Avenue to LaSalle Avenue* (See files for copy of resolution. )- <br />Improvement Resolution No.2159 for the 'pavement of Colfax Avenue from- <br />W <br />aln-at Street to Birdsell 6treet. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2160 for the pavement of Frances Street <br />from Corby Street to Napolton Street.ut'See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In all :of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby <br />orders that on the 9thl, day of January 1929, this Board vtll meet in their office in <br />the City Hall at 7-15 P. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose <br />property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the <br />benefits to the several lots and. -parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improve.16 <br />menus will be equal, to the estimated costs of same as reported by thee -City -%,gineer. <br />The Board further orders that notices. of said hearings shall be published on the <br />'So <br />I 14th., day of December and on the 2Ist., day of December 1928, in the- nth Bend New8 <br />imes and Tribune according to law. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9 P.
