G. dray, filed primary assessment roll for *he sewer in Elwood Avenue from Medora Street to Huey Street under Improvement Resolution N,.2084. r In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders that on the I4th.91 day of November 1928, this Boa d will meet in their.. office in the City Hall at 7-T5 P. V., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the �! several lots and parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named nn said primary roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 2n.d., day of November and on the 9th., day of November I9289 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. City -engineer, H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for the sewer in Huey Street from alley south of Frederickson 'treet to Elwood Avenge under Improvement Resolution No.2090. In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the I4th., daTi of November 1928, this Board will meet in their office -in the City Hall at 7-I5.P.
