Kass" <br />The Board approved of the New York Central Railroad in the amounts <br />of 8,506.28 and $52,505.28 for track elevation work and hereby orders gity Contrbll�p? <br />to pay same out of track elevation fund. <br />The Board also approved the claim of Edward Pfeiffer for Work in. <br />connection with the sale, of the property on Ohio and Marietta Streets for track <br />elevation work and the Board hereby orders Sity- Controller to pay said claim in the <br />amount of $40.00 our of track elevation fund. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on assessment roll <br />for the ravement in Lincoln 1anor and Kaley's Lincoln '-iighway Addition under Impro- <br />vement Resolution No.2092. <br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no <br />written remonstrance was filed and after hearing all persons interested in said <br />assessment roll, the Board decides to modify said roll by reducing the assessments <br />on all inside lots in said additions and spreading the increase on all corner lots <br />as shown on said roll. in red. with this modification, the Board finds that the <br />several lots and parcels of land are beneffted in the amounts. shown on said modifie <br />roll and therefore the Board takes final action on said roll and declares same in <br />all things ratified, confirmed and a pprotred •as modified and the proceedings closed. <br />The Board now orders said modified assessment roll delivered to the Department of <br />Finance. <br />.This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for <br />the pavement on 22nd. , Street from Jefferson street to the south line of Pleasant <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2064. <br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested <br />in said roll and being fully advised in the premises, orders City Engineer to <br />investigate the charges on certain lots for 6 inch pipe, which charges were claimed <br />by property owners to be unjust, and if found to be incorrect to deduct from the <br />original assessments the amounts erroneously charged. With these modifications, <br />the Board finds that the several lots and parcels Of land have been benefited in <br />the amounts shown on said assessment roll, and the Board, ,_therefore, takes final <br />action on said roll and decla-es same in all things ratified, confirmed and approv- <br />ed as modif-iedaand the proceedings closed.
