The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: dots Nos 522, 321, 320 in Belleville Third Uoit; also the following,, described tract: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Division St., and -the east line of Sheridan Avenye produced, thence east along the north line of Division Street 127 feet, thence north 90 feet, thence west f27 feet, thence south, 90 feet to point of beginning. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th., day of October and on the 2nd. ip day of November 1928, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. Kass" The Board approved of the New York Central Railroad in the amounts of 8,506.28 and $52,505.28 for track elevation work and hereby orders gity Contrbll�p? to pay same out of track elevation fund. The Board also approved the claim of Edward Pfeiffer for Work in. connection with the sale, of the property on Ohio and Marietta Streets for track elevation work and the Board hereby orders Sity- Controller to pay said claim in the amount of $40.00 our of track elevation fund. This being the date set, continued hearing was had on assessment roll for the ravement in Lincoln 1anor and Kaley's Lincoln '-iighway Addition under Impro- vement Resolution No.2092. In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed and after hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll, the Board decides to modify said roll by reducing the assessments on all inside lots in said additions and spreading the increase on all corner lots as shown on said roll. in red. with this modification, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels of land are beneffted in the amounts. shown on said modifie roll and therefore the Board takes final action on said roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and a pprotred •as modified and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said modified assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance. .This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pavement on 22nd. , Street from Jefferson street to the south line of Pleasant Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2064. In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said roll and being fully advised in the premises, orders City Engineer to investigate the charges on certain lots for 6 inch pipe, which charges were claimed by property owners to be unjust, and if found to be incorrect to deduct from the original assessments the amounts erroneously charged. With these modifications, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels Of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said assessment roll, and the Board, ,_therefore, takes final action on said roll and decla-es same in all things ratified, confirmed and approv- ed as modif-iedaand the proceedings closed.
