<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for

<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in thepremises,
<br />i finds that the several lots and parcels of land Timarily assessed for said improvement
<br />have been benefited in the amounts named on said roll. The Board, .t:herefore,takes
<br />final action on said roll and declares sane in all things ratified, eonfirmed and
<br />approved and the proceedings clos ed. The Board now orders said assessment roll
<br />delivered to the epartment of Finance.

<br />for the pipe sewer improvement on O'Brien Street from Vassar ..avenue to Elwood Avenue
<br />under Improvement Resolution No. 2034.
<br />In the above shamed assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and
<br />I! no remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fuller advised in the premises, finds
<br />that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said
<br />improvement have been benefited i-n the amounts named on said primary roll.. The Board,
<br />therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll, declaring same in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. - The Board now orders
<br />said assessment roll delivered to the department of Finance:

<br />no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />i finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged to
<br />the amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action
<br />on said assessment roll and declares sane in all things ratified, confirmed and aplrov6d
<br />and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to
<br />the Department of Finance.
<br />The Board approved the claims of the New York Central Railroad
<br />for track elevation work in the amounts of 17,859.56 and I5,088.27 and hereby orders
<br />the City Controller to pay same out of Fund for Track Elevation.

<br />f pavement on King, McCartney 4.een, Kinyon Streets and Blaine Avenue in Northwest
<br />Ad4j�;op under Improvement kesolution No,2061. which was adopted by the Board.

<br />In the above nam ed assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that on
<br />the 25th., day of September 1928, this Board will meet in their office at I0:00 A. Y.,
<br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed
<br />for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have
<br />been or will be benefited in the amounts named -on said assessment roll or in a greater
<br />or less sum than that named on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of
<br />said hearing shall be published on the Nth., day of September 1928, in the South
<br />Bend News Times and Tribune aecording to law.
