<br />The Board a proved the ,purchase ..of two furnacesfor Fire Stations No.7 and
<br />No.8, from the South Bend Spark Arrester Co., to cost $350.00 and 330.00 each.
<br />The Board signed the contract with Williston Const7uction company for the
<br />pavement of Angella Avenue from east line of Harter Heights ''ddi tion to Leeper Avenue
<br />•antler Improvement aeeoluution No.2127 in the amount of V$873.9a, The Board also
<br />approved the construction bond of same for 50% aC the contract price signed by I#land
<br />Bond do..
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for thee grade,
<br />curb and walk improvement on Kentucky Street from-Crumstown Road to Lincoln Way est under
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2017.
<br />In the above named assessed roll, so remonstrators appeared and no wrttten
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said
<br />assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roil and
<br />declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the -proceedings closed.
<br />:! .The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the _department of Finance.
<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment roll for
<br />the grade, garb and walk -improvement on Chicago. Street from Division Street to Jefferson
<br />Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No.I829.
<br />In the above named assessment roll no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots and -parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been
<br />'.benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll, The Board, therefore, takes
<br />.final action on said roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approve
<br />and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the
<br />Department of Finance.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pave-
<br />ment of the Ist. , alley west of Miami Street from Broadway to Indiana Avenue under
<br />`'� Improvement Resolution No.2065.
<br />In the above named assessment roll no remonstrance was filed and no wemonstrato
<br />appeared and the Board being fully advised in the premises decides to continue hearing
<br />on said roll until September 25th. , 1928, at I0:00 A. Y.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the local
<br />se *ier improvement on King Street from center line of Blaine Avenue to the center line of
<br />: Lot I9 in Northwest Addition under Improvement Resolution No. 204 7.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />.remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fury advised in the premises, finds that
<br />,,the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been
<br />,benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment roll. The Board, therefore,
<br />takes final action on said roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />approve and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered
<br />to the epartment of Finance.

<br />was filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
<br />:and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the
<br />Amounts named on said primary assessment roll, and the Board, therefore, takes final
<br />'action onssaid assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />.approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered
<br />to the department of Finance.

<br />,local sewer improvement on (;teen Street from point 1702 east of Blaine Avenue to east lin
<br />:of Lot 144 in Northwest Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2048.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />,remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />:the several lets and parcels of laud primarily assessed for said improvement have been
<br />;benefited in the amounts named on said roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action
<br />lon said primary assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />';approved and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered
