<br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimate
<br />and, the Board ado pt ed said plans and specifications together *ith the following
<br />Improvement Resolution:
<br />Improvement Resolution N0.2136 for the grade, curb and walk improire-
<br />merit on the south side of Is, — Street from a point 131.37 ft. , west of the east
<br />line of MAdison Parr Addition to the east line of Madison Park Addition.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, the Board hereby orders
<br />that on the 2nd., day of October 19289 this Board will meet in their office in
<br />the pity Hall at I0:00 A. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
<br />whose property is liable to be affected by said improvement and will decide whether
<br />the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed will
<br />be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Zliginee. The Board
<br />further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published in the ouch Bend.
<br />News Times and ribune on the l3th. , day of September and on the 20th. , day of
<br />September 1928, according to laws and that notices be mailed to property owners
<br />according to law..
<br />No petitions having b een f it ed for a change in the type of pavement
<br />other than that specified in the p ze liminary order for the pavement of igella
<br />Avenue from east line of Harter Heights Addition to Leeper Avenue under 'Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2I27, the Board this Ilth. , day of September_, 1928, hereby makes
<br />a final order for sheet asphalt heavy traffic pavement as the type of pavement with ;
<br />which said street shall be improved and awards the contract for said improvement to
<br />Williston Gonstruction Company at their low bid of 17,873.90 for sheet asphalt
<br />heavy traffic pavement.

<br />The Board approved same in the amount of 64,632.000
<br />The Board approved the enewal certificate for the bond in favor of
<br />H. Neupert for 1000.00 signed by the -aartford Accident and Indemnity So.
<br />The Board approved the Guarantee bond of Carl k Zimmer for the
<br />pavement of the alley north of Marion treet from westline of alley west of Michigai
<br />to Michigan. treat under Improvement Resolution No.2040, in the amount of 71.76
<br />signed by Southern Surety Company.
<br />The Board signed the Guarantee Bond of the Williston Gonstruction
<br />Company for the pavement, sewer, grade, curb and walk improveent on O'Brien treat
<br />from north line of Marquette Park Ist., addition to Hamilton tree# under IGmprove-
<br />meat Resolution No.2082, in the amount of 517,,89 signed by Inland onding o.
<br />�he Board signed the Gua rant ee bond of 'award Di Juli o for the
<br />local sewer improvement on Queen treet from 1701 east of Blaine Avenue to east
<br />Tina og Lot 144 in Northwest Addition undF improvement Resolution No.2048, in the
<br />amount 52.85 signed by Maryland asualty ompany.
<br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Edward Di Julio for the
<br />local sewer in King Street from the center line of Blaine Avenue to the center line'!.
<br />of Lot 19 in Northwest Addition under ,Improvement Resolution No. 2047, in the amount
<br />of 92.11 signed by Maryland Casualty Company.
<br />The Board approved the Gaa.ranteeBond of �'dward �iJulio for the
<br />sewer in O'Brien Street from Vassar Avenue to Elwood Avenue and r Improvement
<br />Resolution No.20349 in the amount of 374.33 signed by Maryland asualty Co.

<br />The -Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Edward Di Julio for the

<br />tion No.2032, in the amount of 363.64 signed by Maryland asualty o.
<br />Upon the recommendation of Wm. F. walls, the Board ap1roved the
<br />following light installations:
<br />I, 4000 lumen light, pendant Fixture, mast arm construetion-from
<br />over head service at the corner of Sample and Bendix drive, at t cost of 45.000
<br />1,4000 lumen light, pendant fixture, magt arm construction from
<br />overhead service, at the corner of Sample and Camden treet at a cost of 45.00.
<br />The Board signed the contract with Northern Indiana Gonstruction
<br />Company for the seer in Brookfield_ Street from Pra.t.ri.e.. venue to Indiana ren-me
<br />under Improvement esolution No.2I20 in the amount of 3,896.80. The Board also
