<br />and no written remonstrances were. filed and the Board, being fully advised in the
<br />premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for
<br />said improvements have been benefited in the am.1unts named on said rolls. The Board
<br />therefore, ta'ies final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in all
<br />thin,7s ratified; confirmed and approved without modification, and the proceedings
<br />closed. The Board now orders said assess;-nent rolls delivered to the Department of
<br />Finance.

<br />In both of the above named improverient resolutions the Board hereby
<br />orders that on the 25th., day of September I929, this Board will -meet in their office
<br />at I0:00 A. ' ., to hear and receive remonstrances from all rersons whose rrorerty
<br />Is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits
<br />to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement
<br />will be eaual to the estimated cost of same as reported by the -Oity Engineer. The
<br />Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published in the South
<br />Bend News Times and Tribune on the 7th. , day of Sentember and on the I4th. , day of
<br />September d 28 and that notices be mailed to pronertT owners according to law.
