<br />In the above named assessment roll, rep.--onstrators appeared but no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the 73oard being fuL_y advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said
<br />roll. The Board, therefore ta'Les final action on said assessment roll and declares
<br />same in all thin zs ratified, confir; ed and approved ..rithout modification. The Board
<br />now orders said assessment roll delivered to -the Department of Finance.

<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, remonstrators appeared but
<br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the seTreral lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said imx�rovements
<br />have 'deen benefited in the amounts named on said rolls, The Board therefore tai Les
<br />final action on said assessment rolls and declares sa- e in all things ratified, confirreo.
