The Board, therefore ta'Les final action on said assessment roll and declares <br />same in all thin zs ratified, confir; ed and approved ..rithout modification. I992. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, remonstrators appeared but <br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the seTreral lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said imx�rovements <br />have 'deen benefited in the amounts named on said rolls, The Board therefore tai Les <br />final action on said assessment rolls and declares sa- e in all things ratified, confirreo. <br />and ar-oroved without modification and the proceedings closed.
