<br />Drive from Forest Avenue to Farms. Avenue under. Imrrovement Resolution Yo.I967.
<br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, no re:- onstrators appeared and
<br />no written remonstrance tiriias filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, �
<br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts
<br />-.lamed on said rolls. The Board, therefore, ta''Les final action on said primary �!
<br />assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />withoat modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
<br />rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. i
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />-oavement, sewer, grade, curb and imal'� imrrovement on O'Brien Street from north line
<br />�'arquette Turk- Ist. , addition to Hamilton Street under Im-nrovement Resolution No.
<br />20820
<br />In the above named assessment roll, noremonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstr:.nee 77as filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named onsaid
<br />roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares
<br />said assessment roll in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modifica-
<br />tion and the rroceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered
<br />to the Department of Finance.

<br />for the grade, curb and wale on Michigan Street from Donmoyer Avenue to Jennings
<br />and on the west side only from Jennings to Dean Avenue.
<br />In the above named im-.rovement Resolution no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the -.remises,
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said imrrovement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as report-d by the
<br />City 'Ktigineer. The Board, therefore, taxes final action on said Improvement Resolu
<br />tion and declares sale in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board now o rd er s that on the I§ th. , day of September ember , I92 8, this Board
<br />will receive, open adn consider sealed -proposals for the cons ruction of said impro-
<br />vement up to I0:00 A. The Board further orders that notices of said ?�roxoosals
<br />shall be published on the 7th. , day of aeptember and on the I4th. , day of September
<br />I: 28 , in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law.
<br />In the muter of the goading of Tasher Avenue from ' ichigan Street to the
<br />east line of alley east of Y`ichigan -itreet, under Improvement Resolution No.2075rp
<br />the Board hereby orders that on the I8th. , day of September, 1928, this Board will
<br />receive, open and read sealed prop_ osals for the construction of said improvement up
<br />to IO:00 A. I% The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall be
<br />published on the 7th. , day of Sep_ ter-.ber and on the I4th. , day of Se-otember I928,
<br />in the South Bend 7e—%'is Times and 'Tribune according to law.
