<br />In all of the above named assess,-,ent rolls, no remonstrators apreared
<br />and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the
<br />T,remises, finds that the several lots and ra reels of land primarily assessed for said
<br />imrrovements have been benefited in the amounts .gamed on said primary rolls. The Board
<br />therefore, ta-ces final acti cn on said above assessment rolls and decla °es sane in all
<br />things ratified, conf irmed and amp_ roved without modification, and the proceedings
<br />Vlosed. The Board noworders said assessment rolls delivered to the Der_ artment of
<br />Finance.
<br />This being the date setip hearing was had on the assessment roll for
<br />the ravement on '7oodside Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street under Improvement
<br />Resolution 'No.2000. In the above named assessment roll, a mitten remonstrance was
<br />filed by "dm. '-. Prior, by his attorney Viller "Tory. After hearing all rersons interested
<br />in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that
<br />the benefi,s to the several lots and parcels of land are equal to the amounts shohm
<br />on said roll. The Board, therefore ta'ces final action on said assessment roll and -
<br />declares sane in �h1 things rt.tifi ed, confirr-_ed and approved and the proceedings closed'.
