Joseph `'ounty, Indiana, is a sub -division of the following described <br />property, to -wit: <br />1 <br />� Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of rskine Blvd., and ' <br />the south line of Irvington Street; thence east along the south line of Irvingon <br />Street, a distance of two hundred eighteen and 78/I00 (2I8.7811 feet to the west <br />3± line of High Street; thence south along the west line of High treet five hundred <br />3 sixty and 90/I00 (560.901).yfeet to the north line of Oakside Street; thence west along;'; <br />the north line of Oakside_ street five hundred thirty four and 40/I00 (534.401) feet <br />3 to the easterly line of Erskine Blvd.; thence northeasterly along the easterly line <br />of Erskine Blvd., six hundred seventy and 75/I00 (670.751) feet to the south line of <br />Irvington street to the place of beginning. <br />The size of the lots and the width of the streets are ma:r_led on the <br />plat in feet and fractions thereof. <br />The streets have already been dedica red to the public for the use of the <br />public as thoroughfares in the dedication of Studebaker .Pla-ce Thi.rd Addition. <br />The plat contains twenty-seven (27) lots and is a renitt of lots <br />numbered two hundred six (206� to two hundred eleven (2II) inclusive, and lots number- <br />ed two hundred fifty six (256) to two hundred sixty-eight (268) inclusive in - <br />Studebaker Place Third Addition, together with a strip of land seventy six and 73/I00 <br />(76. 731) feet wide at the north end and seventy-four and 72/I00 (14. 72") feet wide <br />at the south end, lying imm edia t ely west of High street. <br />E RTSTRICTIONS: Be it known that no buildingshall be built closer o <br />h <br />� the street line than indicated by the building line on the plat. The premises shall <br />be used for residential purposes only with a single dwelling on each lot, except <br />where two or more lots are used for a single dwelling. <br />II No fence shall be erected within fifty (501) feet of a street line. <br />j� Dwelling 'souses erected on lots fronting on Erskine Blvd. , shall be two <br />Btories in height and shall cost not less than seven thousand five hundred (7500.00) <br />ollars. <br />Dwelling houses erected on lots fronting on Irvington Street, Eckman <br />_.Street and Oakside Street shall cost not less than five thousand (5000.00)"dollars, <br />I In witness whereof, the owner, The Citizens Homes ompany, has caused • <br />these presents to be signed by its President and 6ecretary and its official seal <br />attached hereto this 29th., day of July 1928. <br />Citizens Homers Company <br />By A.
