<br />City Engineer, H. G. "fray, and the consulting engineers, filed the primary ass
<br />went roll for the construction of the Northwest Trunk Sewer System under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.I774.
<br />In the above named assessment roll for the Northwest Trunk Sewer System under
<br />Imrrovement Resolution No.1774, the Board hereby orders that on the 9th. , day of August
<br />I928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 8 A. Y., to hear and
<br />receive receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for
<br />said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land,primarily
<br />assessed for said improvement, have been or will be benefited or specially benefited in
<br />the amounts shovrn on said assessment roll 'or in a greater or less sum than that shown
<br />on said primary assessment roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing
<br />of assessments shall be published in the South Bend News Times and Tribune on the Ist. ,
<br />day of August and on the 8th. , day of August, 1928, according to law.
