<br />terms of the contract between the city and Snyder `�onst., "o., under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2065. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of I,622.06.
<br />City '`'ngineer, H. G. Wray, submitted partial estimate NO. -I for the
<br />grade, curb and walk imrr overrent on�in 8treet from "�aod3ide ''treet to Dean Avenue,
<br />in accordance with the terms of the contract between the ity and "hitcomb and Teller
<br />under Improvement Resolution No.I847. The Board signed and approved same in the amount
<br />of 29828.04.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll- for
<br />the pavement of the -alley west of ''herm�,n �renue from Oak 8treet to Lincoln "lay ,'lest
<br />under Improvement Resolution 1vo.2015.
<br />In the above named assessment roll no remonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the -premises,
<br />finds that the several lots and parcel s of land have been benefited in the amounts
<br />shown on said primary assessment roll. The Board therefore takes final action on said
<br />assessment roll, declaring same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the
<br />;proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Depart-
<br />ment of Finanace.

<br />this 25th. , day of July I928, hereby awards the -contract to Williston Construction Co.,
<br />at their low bid of 96,399.60 for sheet asphal t pavement light traffic.
<br />Bids having been received for the pavement of Angella Avenue from east
<br />line of Harter heights Addition to Notre Dame Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />2126, the Board this 25th., day of July, I928, hereby awards the contract for said
<br />improver ent to `�illiston Construction Company at their low bid of 55,792.I5 for the
<br />sheet asphalt heavy traffic pavement.'
<br />The Board signed the contract with the Rybolt Heating Qompany for
<br />the heating plant at the 1�unic ipal Ai r' fort in the sum of 2I5.00.
<br />This being the date set, public hearing was had on a certain contract
