<br />with the remonstrance filed against the improvement of Y'iami street from Lincoln Way
<br />East to -0'w ing Avenue:
<br />"There are 99 resident freeholders residing along this proposedr;
<br />improvement, 42 of whom have signed this remonstrance. This number does not constitute
<br />a ma jority, and t is improvement may be advertised for bids if agreeable to the Board,

<br />Park Ist. , Addition to Hamilton street under Improvement Resolution No.2082,, for
<br />5, I32.I6. The Board also approved the eonst�uction bond for same for 50%. of the
<br />contract price signed by the Inland Bonding �jo.

<br />ment Resolution No.I184 in the amount of 735.7I signed by -the standard Accidence

<br />Drive under Improvement Resolution No.I972 in the amount of 325.16, signed by the
<br />Standard Accident Insurance Co.

<br />The Board approved the renewal c ertifioate of Lafortune and Shoemaker
<br />Egeavatio# bond signed by London and Lancashire Indemnity o.
<br />The Board approved the Automobile insurance policy for the cars
<br />in the street and alley department.
