City F-hgineer, H. G. Wray, filed primary assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on Twenty-sefond Street from ?�cTCinley Avenue ,to south line of tots 65 and 66 in Jefferson Heights addition under Improvement Resolution No.I630. - In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby, orders that on the 20th., day Of June, 1928, this Board will, meet in their office in the City Nall at 7-I5 P. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been or will be -benefited in the amounts named on said assessment roll is or in a greater or less sum: -than that named on said roll. The Board further orders u -that notices of said hearing shall be -published on the 8th. , day of June and on the 9th. , day of June, 1928, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. R. under Improvement Resolution No.I974. Assessment roll for the sewer in Wilber Street from Lincoln .-tay West to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.1939. In both of the above named assessment rolls, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 20th. , day of June, I928, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. Assessment roll for the Vacation of alley along northerly right of way line of N. Y. C. R. R. from south line of Bronson Street to west line of Carroll St.* under Vacation Resolution No.2052. Assessment roll for the Vacations s* of alley south of ?Jayne Street from east line of Harriett Street to west line of Greenlawn Avenue under Yaca.tion Resolution No.2049. In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that on the I2th., day of September, I92a, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at 7-I5 P. I'., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property bas been or will be affected by said. vacations. The Board further orders that notices of said amount of benefits and. damages be delivered to all ?property owners according to law, and that same be published according to law. The Board approved the ray rolls in various d-apartments amounting.. to 5,233.48. The Board approved pay rolls in Migineering and Board of Works Depart- ments to be paid out of Track Elevation fund and hereby orders City Controller to pay sames the amount being 533.33.
