City 4igineer, filid plans, specifications and estimates and the Board Adopted, a resolution for the server and pavement improvement of stroets in Lincoln PXmnvrthird Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2081. In the above named im-provement Resolution, more than 55% in number of the lots in Lincoln Manor Third A ddition, filed a petition with *he Board as:cing for the construction of a pavement and sewer on all streets and portions of atre ets lying within the boundary- of said Addition. (Insert se-e Ales for copy of resolution and petition.) In the above named improvement resolution, therefore, the Board hereby orders that on the 6th., day of June, I928, this Board will meet in their office in the Citj, Hall at 7-I5 P. M. , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be affected by said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and .parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will be equal to the estimated cost of same as repotted -by the City -Sngineer. The Board, therefore, orders that notice of said hewrilg shall be published. on the 3lst., day of May, 1928, in the South Bend News -Times and r .bune according to law.
