Meeting adjourned at II-30 A. 11. <br />Ittested: <br />I! <br />WEDNE'SDAY EVENING MAY I6th. , 1928. <br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. 11. John J. Ole jniczak <br />absent. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on assessment <br />roll for the opening of Palmer Boulevard under Condemnation Resolution No.19I5. In <br />the above named assessment roll, the remonstrators appeared and the Boardbeing <br />fully advised in the premises , decides to rescind all action taken on said Condemna- <br />tion Resolution No.19I5 and declares all former action taken on same null and void <br />and the proceedings closed. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolutinn. <br />No.2054 for the pavement of the first alley east of Clinton Street frmm Sample Street <br />to tn.e first alley north of Sample Street.v (;See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared <br />and a written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises <br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed <br />for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the <br />City -Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said written remonstrance <br />and declares said improvement Resolution No.20b4 in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved. The Board now orders said written remonstrance delivered to the <br />City Engineer for acheck on the resident property ovrners. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution <br />No.2062 for the pavement and sewer improvement of streets in Belleville Ist. , Unit <br />Addition. (See files for copy of resolution,) <br />In the above named improvement resolution,, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in '! <br />the premises, finds -Ghat the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable <br />to be assessed for said improvements will be equal to the estimated cost of same <br />as reported by the City Engineer. The Board, therefore, takes final -action on said <br />Improvement Resolution No.2062 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved without modification. <br />Thi., being the date set, hearing vas had on Improvement Resolution <br />No.2061 for the pavement of streets in Northwest Addition. (See files for resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared <br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the <br />premises finds that the benefits to the several lots and pardels of land liable to <br />be .assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported <br />by the City engineer.
