In the above named improvement resolutions, property owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in procedure for the construction of sheet improvements as fixed by law. �Ihereupon the Board, received, opened and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement as follows: Williston Construction Co. concrete walk .25 concrete curb .50 marginal curb .40 grading .85 asphaltic concrete 3.10 `'torm vUater inlets 12.50 !: resetting inlets 3.00 resetting manhole covers 3.00 water corn 1. s. 88900 water c onn. s. so 2I.00 8 inch pipe I.00 Bids having been received for the con traction of pavement on 21st. . Street from Jefferson Blvd., to `rilson Street under Improvement Resolution No,2056, the Board this 2nd., day of ITay, 1928, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to ldilliston Construction do., at their bid for asphaltic concrete. -The :board signed the contract with Ruth Riley `'onstruction �;o., for the Pavement on Clyde ''treet from Indiana Avenue to Dubail Avenue under Improvement Resol- ution No.I993, the amount of the contract being 2,6I4.I0. The construction bond for 50jo of the contract price, signed by the Southern Ourety "o., was also approved. The Boa _d signed the contract wit4 s4illiston `'onstruction Qo. for the ppavement on �'ollerne Street from North line of 41wood 'venue to the North line of Keller 5treeo under Improvement -"esolution No.1983, the amount of the contract being 14 767.70. The construction bond for 50% of the contract price signed by the inland Bonding'`moo., was also approved. The Board signed the contract with kieth ftileyt cn moo.for the o pavement of Catalpa Avenue from `'t. Joseph, South Rend--andSouthe Southern of-way to Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I992, the amount of thehcontrac being 4,651.41. The construction bond for 0%, of the contract price, signed by the Southern Surety Co., was also approved. The Board signed the contract with Rieth Riley Construction Oo. , for the pavement of 44illiam Street from Indiana Avenue to Calvert Street under Improvement Resolution No.1998, the amount of the contract being I3,572.61. Th e construction bond il for 50% of the contract price, signed by the Southern Surety Co., was also approved. The Board signed the contract with Rieth Riley Construction Co., for the oavement of Indiana Avenue from the east line of Leer Street to the Last line of alley east of Clyde street under Improvement Resolution No.I994� The construction bond for 50% of the contract price , signed by the Souther Surety o., was also approved. The Board approved the petition of the Indiana Bell Telephone Co., for the rearrangements necessary in the plat at *Oivision and Ken more 'streets, in connection' with the Northwest Trunk Sewer, as outlined in their petition of I'lay Ist., 1928. The City engineer submitted partial estimate No.9 on 1aterial in place in trench and on material not in place n-__t along theline of seder, known as the North. 4�est Irunk Sewer System in accordance with the terms of the contract between the.pity and the J. J. Dunnegan construction Co., under Improvement Resolution lo.I774.
