" <br />April IOth., 1928. Tuesday. <br />• <br />-0 <br />0 <br />0 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for <br />the Condemnation of portions of relocation of liarietta Street lying within the <br />rught of way of the New Fork Central R. R. under Condemnation iqesolution No.1978.. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcel sof land have been benefited and damaged in <br />the amounts named on said assessment roll and that the net benefits and net damages <br />are in the amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final <br />action on said assessment -roll, filed April 3rd. , I928, and decla came_�n all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved and all proceedings unders esolu <br />Lion No.I978, hereby concluded. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered <br />to the Department of Finance. <br />This being the'date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for <br />the Condemnation of Ohio and LIarietta Streets under Condemnation Resolution No.I977. <br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared and written <br />remonstrances were filed, by F. F. Seebirt, attorney for SVAilton and Della Tray Berhhard <br />owners of Lot I,Io. 34 in I enger and Frei- hbaum's Addition and also by John G. Yeagley, <br />attorney for the New York Central Railroad. - After hearing all persons interested <br />in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds <br />that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in t;he <br />amounts named on said assessment roll and that t'�ie net benefits and net damages are <br />shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said <br />remonstrances, and takes final action on said assessment roll, filed Varch 28th., <br />1928, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and all <br />proceedings under Condemnation Resolution No.I977, hereby concluded. The Board <br />now order said assessment roll delivered to the Departipent of Finance, and orders the <br />City Controller to pay the amounts shown on said assessment roll.
