Tuesday, 1pril IOth., 1928. <br />City Engineer filed plans, specifications and estimate and the Board <br />adopted a resolution for the. pavement ihf Jefferson Blvd., from east line of Greenlawn <br />Avenue to the east line of Jefferson Ifeights Addition under Improvement Resolution No <br />2054. <br />In the above named improvement resolution, property owner's waived all <br />objections !b:b and defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in <br />proceedure for the _construction of street improvements as fixed by. law. Whereupon, <br />the Board received, opened and read the following proposals for the pavement of said <br />street under Improvement Resolution No.2054.
