Tuesday, Iv arch 27th. 1928. feet to the.South line of Dean Avenue produced 'Vest; thence Last 264 feet.to west line of Lucy J. Tasher's first Additions thence North 1369,86 feet to the place of beginning. The plat contains twenty-four lots, numbered from I to 24 inclusive. The streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the public for public uses. The width of the streets and alleys and dimensions of the lots are remarked on the plat in feet and fractions thereof. In witness whereof Whitcomb and Keller, which has purchased the abovedescribed premises, joins in the dedication of this plat and has caused t.ts corporate name to be hereunto subscribed by the hand of its President and its corporate seal to be affixed and attached by the hand of its Ass!t Secre- tary -Treasurer on this day of February, 1928. Also in witness whereof the Citizens Loan and Trust CompaiV, which holds legal title to that part of the above described tract comprising lots numbered from I to 12 inclusive, has caused its corporate name to be hereunto subscribed by the hand of its President and its corporate seal to be affixed and attached by the hand of its Secretary on this 3rd., day of February, I928.
