Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the Board adopted the following Improvement Resolutions: Improvement Resolution No.2026 for the construction of a local sewer in Adams Street between Vassar Avenue and Humbolt Street. ( See files for copy of resolu- tion.) Improvement Resolution No.2028 for the construction of a local sewerin College street between Vassar Avenue and Humbolt street. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2030 for the construction of local sewer in Brookfield Street between Vassar Avenue and Humbolt Stre--et. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No..2032 for the construction of local sewer in Johnson 1'treet from Vassar Avenue tn-'ylwood Avenue. (See files for copy of resolu- tion.) Improvement Resolution No.2034 for the construction of a local sewer in O'Brien ''treet be Vassar Avenue and Elwood Avenue. (See files for copy of resolu ti on. 1 In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders that this Board, on the Ilth., day of April, I928, will meet in their office in the City Hall to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable y to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will be � j equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the 30th. day I of Parch and on the 6th. , day of April 1928 in the ''outh $end rtiews Times and '�ribure according to law.
