Wray, filed the following report on the remonstrance against the pavement of the alley north of Washington from alnut Street to Studebaker Street under Improvement Resolution No.I989; • "There are I2 resident property holders, residing on this improvement, 7 of whom have signed the remonstrance. 'his number constitutes a majority and I would therefore recommend that no further action be taken in this matter. Very truly yours, H. G. Wray. " The Board approved Yr. "Wray's recommendation in the matter of the above remonstrance and rescinds all former action taken on Improvement Resolution No.I989 and declares same null.and void and the procee(7ings closed. • City engineer, H. G. " ray, filed plans, specifications and estimate and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavement of Oample Street from a b-int 308 feet west of the west line of Belleville Ist., Unit to the crest line of �elle- ville 3rd. , Unit under Improvement Resolution No. 2020. In the above named improvement resolution, property ovmers filed a waiver, waiving all objections on and in defense to any defect in said porceedings and to any violation in poreedure for the construction of street improvements as fixed by law. Whereupon the Board, opened and read bids for the construction of said improvement as follows: Bids of W.
