Wray, filed the following report on the remonstrance <br />against the pavement of the alley north of Washington from alnut Street to Studebaker <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.I989; • <br />"There are I2 resident property holders, residing on this improvement, <br />7 of whom have signed the remonstrance. 'his number constitutes a majority and I <br />would therefore recommend that no further action be taken in this matter. <br />Very truly yours, <br />H. G. Wray. " <br />The Board approved Yr. "Wray's recommendation in the matter of the <br />above remonstrance and rescinds all former action taken on Improvement Resolution <br />No.I989 and declares same null.and void and the procee(7ings closed. • <br />City engineer, H. G. " ray, filed plans, specifications and estimate <br />and the Board adopted a resolution for the pavement of Oample Street from a b-int <br />308 feet west of the west line of Belleville Ist., Unit to the crest line of �elle- <br />ville 3rd. , Unit under Improvement Resolution No. 2020. <br />In the above named improvement resolution, property ovmers filed a <br />waiver, waiving all objections on and in defense to any defect in said porceedings <br />and to any violation in poreedure for the construction of street improvements as <br />fixed by law. Whereupon the Board, opened and read bids for the construction of <br />said improvement as follows: <br />Bids of W.
