<br />Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that
<br />it is deeided necessary to make the following described public improvement in the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution, passed by said Board on the 23rd
<br />day of September, 1957:

<br />1957 at the hour of 7:00 F.M. (CST) for the purpose of hearing and considering all remonstrances which

<br />Beale Street from Cushing Street each approximately 374 feet by constructing a local sewer.

<br />ment, be and the same is hereby in all things confirmed for permant type pavement, curbing and sidewalks
<br />on Cushing -Beale Street from Cushing Street -Beale Street north approximately 472 feet to Beale Street
<br />from Cushing Street east approximately 374 feet and the improvement is hereby ordered to be made.
