Lane, <br />is hereby accepted and placed on file. <br />Supplemental Agreement #1 of Jefferson <br />Boulevard Pavement Improvements is hereby submitted <br />to the Board <br />by Virgil H. Reed of the Reed Construction Company. <br />Approved and signed by the Board this <br />9th day of <br />September, 1957. <br />Contractor's bonds were approved for Northern Indiana <br />Public Service Company and Frank Orisich. <br />i <br />Permission is granted to various merchants in town to <br />use search lights on Monday, September 9, 1957 in <br />observance of their program of opening <br />the "Fall Season". <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the matter of the condemnation order previously issued to <br />Isom Townsend, 1021 S. Lake Street which was not complied with as set out in letter from Building Commis <br />sioner. Upon recommendation by the Building Commissioner and upon evidence as submitted by the various <br />inspectors the Board now authorizes property owner to demolish said building and remove from permises <br />within 30 days from this date. Also, the property owner at 139 S.
