<br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION CONFIRMED
<br />For the improvement of Northside Boulevard under Improvement Resolution No. 2861, 1957 adopted August 59
<br />1957 from Twyckenham Drive to Sample Street by constructing a Class "B" pavement. After hearing all persons,
<br />interested who appeared and being fully advised on the premises and the Clerk of the Board having shown
<br />.proofs of publication of the notices to property owners and the same having been found sufficient, the
<br />Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the;
<br />estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No. 2861, 1957, duly passed by this Board on August 51 1957, for the above improvement, be
<br />and the same is hereby in all things confirmed for the construction of a Class "B" Pavement on Northside
<br />Boulevard from Twyckenham Drive to Sample Street and the improvement is hereby ordered to be made.

<br />"B" pavement under Improvement Resolution No. 2B619 1957, adopted August 41 1957 and first confirmed on Aug-
<br />ust 26, 1957. No written remonstrance or remonstrances against said improvement bearing the signatures
<br />of 51 per cent or more of the resident property owners on said street to be improvement, having been filed
<br />Within the 10 day period following the date and time of the hearing on said improvement, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No. 28610 1957, duly adopted by this Board on August, 19570 and first confirmed on August
<br />260 1957, be and the same is in all things finally confirmed and the improvement is hereby ordered made.

<br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2862, 1957
<br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the Resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works',
<br />for the vacation of THE ALLEY WEST OF IRONWOOD DRIVE, FROM OAK PARK DRIVE NORTH (140)FEET, under Vacation
<br />Resolution No. 2B62, 1957.
<br />The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared
<br />before the Board and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, tt was moved, seconded
<br />and unanimously carried that the said Resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated.
<br />The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits
<br />and the award of damages to the surrounding properties.
