Smith NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in the City of South Bend, Indiana, authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution, passed by the Board on the 5th day of August, 1957 Improvement Resolution No. 2858, 1957s, for the improvement of South 34th Street from E. Jefferson Blvd. to E. Washing- ton Streety by constructing an established Grade, Catch Basins, and Accepted Curbing. All work done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of of Improvement Resolution No. 2858, 1957 passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on the above named day, and the Profiles, Drawings, General Details, Specifications and Estimates to be a- dopted by the Board of Said City, upon the final adoption and confirmation of said Resolution and placed on file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City. The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August, 1957 at 8:00 P.M. for the purpose of hearing and considering all remonstrances, which may have been filed or which may be presented, and will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said pro- posed improvement, and will decide whether benefit that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the propose improvement as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. • I; Attest: Anthony J.
