Thh application of Paul Baer for permit to drive a taxi cab is hereby denied based upon evidence and reca mendation as submitted to the Board by the Police Chief. The Building Commissioner is hereby given permission to grant a permit to Christ Temple Church for the moving of a structure from 741 Sancome Street to the Southeast corner of North Olive and Bulla Streets in the City of South Bend, Indiana. All property owners concerned have been notified. Verner L. Lane, Building Commissioner, at this time informs the Board that the 2nd Saturday of each month has been established as the date of giving examination to his inspectors and plumbers. Plans are now approved for Street improvement on Lombardy Drive from Linden Avenue to Concord Avenue and from Condord Avenue to Washington Street. Also, plans are approved for Ridgeway Drive. The Warranty Deed as follows is approved and recorded: This indenture witnesseth that Joseph A. Toth and Helen Toth, husband and wife, of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana conveys and warrants to the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana for and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration for receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to wit: " A lot or parcel of land thirty-three (33) feet in width , North and South, taken off of and fron the entire width of the South ends of Lots Numbered 17, 18, 199 and 20 as shown on the recorded plat of Thomas E.
