All property owners concerned have been notified. <br />Verner L. Lane, Building Commissioner, at this time informs the Board that the 2nd Saturday of each month <br />has been established as the date of giving examination to his inspectors and plumbers. <br />Plans are now approved for Street improvement on Lombardy Drive from Linden Avenue to Concord Avenue and <br />from Condord Avenue to Washington Street. Also, plans are approved for Ridgeway Drive. <br />The Warranty Deed as follows is approved and recorded: <br />This indenture witnesseth that Joseph A. Toth and Helen Toth, husband and wife, of St. Joseph <br />County in the State of Indiana conveys and warrants to the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana <br />of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana for and in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />valuable consideration for receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in <br />St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana, to wit: <br />" A lot or parcel of land thirty-three (33) feet in <br />width , North and South, taken off of and fron the entire <br />width of the South ends of Lots Numbered 17, 18, 199 and <br />20 as shown on the recorded plat of Thomas E.
