<br />NOTICE TO PRCPERTY OWNERS
<br />Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that it
<br />is deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution, passed by said Board on the 15th dayof July,
<br />1957:
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 2856, 1957, for the improvement of
<br />Oliver, Arnold, and Webster Streets from approximately 200 feet
<br />North of Ewing Street to Donald Street by constructing local
<br />and trunk sewers.
<br />All work done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accordance with the terms and';
<br />conditions of Improvement Resolution No. 2856, 19579 passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on thei
<br />above named day, and the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and Estimates to be
<br />adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, upon the final adoption and confirmation of
<br />said Resolution and placed on file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hall on the 6th day of August,
<br />1957 at the hour of 8:00 P.M. (DST) for the purpose of hearing and considering all remonstrances, which
<br />may have been filed or which may be presented, and will hear all persons interested or whose property is
<br />affected by said proposed improvement, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the propert�
<br />abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estima-
<br />ted cost of the proposed improvement as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
