<br />Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana that it
<br />is deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in the City of SouthBend, Indiana,
<br />authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution, passed by said Board on the 15th day of July,
<br />1957
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 28549 1957, for the improvement of
<br />Vassar Avenue from Brookfield Street to College Street by con-
<br />structing a permanent type pavement.
<br />All work done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accordance with the terms and
<br />conditions of Improvement Resolution No, 2854, 1957, passed by the Board of Public'Works and Safety on the
<br />above named day, and the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and Estimates to be
<br />adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, upon the final.adoption and confirmation of
<br />said Resolution and placed on file in the Office of the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hall on the 6th day of August,
<br />1957 at the hour of 8:00 A.M. (DST) for the purpose of hearing and considering all remonstrances, which
<br />may have been filed or which may be presented, and will hear all persons interested or whose property is
<br />affected by said proposed improvement, and will decide whether the benefit that Will accrue to the propert
<br />abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimat
<br />cost of the proposed improvement as estimated by the City Civil Engineer,

<br />We hereby report and file the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications, Estimates and
<br />the Preliminary Improvement Resolution for the improvement of Falcon Street from 218 feet north of West
<br />Jefferson Boulevard to 159 feet north of Western Avenue by constructing a local sewer.

<br />filed or which may be presented, and will hear all persons intereste or whose property is affected by said
<br />proposed improvement, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property abutting and
<br />adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of
<br />the property improvement and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed
<br />improvement as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
