Williams & Associates, Inc. of South Bend and Indianapolis, Indiana, here- ;inafter designated as the "Engineer" with reference to the improvement of William Street from Lincoln Way West to South Street is hereby approved by the Board and signed by them. A letter was received from Chas. W. Cole & Son regarding Sample Street Contract No. 3 - 1956 for the appro'V:41 of additional work which includes the reconstruction of Storm Sewer from Station 13-69 to Station 17-69. Board approves theadditional work noted in letter for the total amount of one -thousand, five -hundred and for- ty dollars ($1,540.00) for System No. 1 & No. 3. Chas. W. Cole will be informed by letter of Board's de- cision. ;The bids for the Street Department are now awarded as follows: Freeman Spicer Company A non -collusion affidavit and a certified check in 520 S.
