One (1) Chevrolet,' ton Pick-up truck Total bid price ------------------------------ $1690.00 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2852 1957 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the following: The 10 foot public walk from York Road to the East line of Broadmoor Fourth Section e follolhng property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots numbered 337, 338, 346, 347, 366, 3679 368, 369, 388, 389, 390, 391, 410, and 411, -PLAT OF BROADMOOR FOURTH SECTION ,Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of March and on the 22nd day of March, 1957 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and The Record. his Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 25th day of March, 1957 at 10:00 A.M. SABO, CLERK BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2849, 1957 his being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and the assesi.- ent of benefits in the matter of the vacation of BELLEVILLE CENTER STREET, FROM THE NORTH LINE OF WESTERN !� VENUE TO THE SOUTH LINE OF WASHINGTON STREET, under Resolution No. 2849, 1957. In the above named assessment Roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed. Them Clekk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board' therefore finds that the street has been benefited and damaged in the amounts hsown on said roll. The Boar , therefore decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, con- firmed, and approved without modification and the preoecdings closed, and the street vacated upon rec6ipt li' the amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all proceedings had wi reference to said vacation are hereby sustained.
