Permission granted. <br />,,The Clerk of the Board is hereby quthorized to advertise for 2-door sedan for the $anitation Department and: <br />!also for a power sewer cleaning machine for the Sewer Department. <br />The plans for the Campeau Street and Pershing Street improvements are hereby approved and placed on file <br />in the office of the Board of Public Works & Safety. i <br />'iA petition was received for the vacation of the ten (10) foot public walk from York Road to the East line <br />of Broadmoor Fourth Section. The public walk is further described as being in the recorded plat of Broad - <br />;'moor Fourth Section in the City of South Bend, Indiana between the following numbered lots: Lots 337 & <br />338, Lots 346 & 347, Lots 366 & 367, Lots 368 & 369, Lots 388 & 389, Lots 390 & 391, and Lots 410 & <br />;411. Petition hereby referred to the City Planning Commission for further investigation and recommendation::! <br />Disapproval was given to a proposal by Mr. George Divjak that federal wartime emergency housing on Prairie lit <br />Avenue be moved to other locations and continued in use as housing in the City of South Bend, Indiana, upon:; <br />recommendation of the Building Commissioner, Verner L.
