553 n U • • • • of benefits in the matter of the vacation of a PORTION OF THE NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY LYING BETWEEN CHAPIN AND PINE STREET AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: V Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 14, Erastus Perkins' 2nd Sub -Division of part of Bank Out Lot 76, South Bend, Indiana; thence south along the east line of the first alley west of Chapin Street 66.04 feet to the north- erly line of the New York Central Railroad Right-of-way; thence westerly 9.9 feet to the west line of the north and south alley; thence north along the west line of said alley 66.04 feet, more or less, to a point west of the NW corner of said Lot 14; thence east 9.9 feet to place of beginning. under Vacation Resolution No. 2845, 1956. In the above named'assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the City Hall at 10:00'A.M.1 (CST) on the 25th day of Februaxj 1956 for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from 411 perj� sons interested in or affected b�l said vacation and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, li together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publishing same on the 1st, 8th, and 15th days of February, 1956 in the South Bend Tribune and The Record.
