553 <br />n <br />U <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />of benefits in the matter of the vacation of a PORTION OF THE NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY LYING BETWEEN CHAPIN <br />AND PINE STREET AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />V <br />Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 14, Erastus Perkins' 2nd Sub -Division <br />of part of Bank Out Lot 76, South Bend, Indiana; thence south along the <br />east line of the first alley west of Chapin Street 66.04 feet to the north- <br />erly line of the New York Central Railroad Right-of-way; thence westerly <br />9.9 feet to the west line of the north and south alley; thence north along <br />the west line of said alley 66.04 feet, more or less, to a point west of <br />the NW corner of said Lot 14; thence east 9.9 feet to place of beginning. <br />under Vacation Resolution No. 2845, 1956. <br />In the above named'assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the City Hall at 10:00'A.M.1 <br />(CST) on the 25th day of Februaxj 1956 for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from 411 perj� <br />sons interested in or affected b�l said vacation and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, li <br />together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by <br />publishing same on the 1st, 8th, and 15th days of February, 1956 in the South Bend Tribune and The Record. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: <br />Lots numbered 14, 159 20, and 21 - Erastus Perkins' 2nd Sub -Division of <br />part of Bank Out Lot 76. <br />Total net Benefits 00.00 <br />Total net Damages 00.00 <br />j Respectfully submitted the 4th day of September, 1956. <br />R.
