Excavation bonds were approved for C. S. Randolph. ! ;! VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2849, 1957 i RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC it WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate i the following: BELLEVILLE CENTER STREET FROM THE NORTH LINE OF WESTERN AVENUE TO THE SOUTH LINE OF WASHINGTON STREET ! The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: j I UNPLATTED LAND TO THE WEST OWNED BY BELLEVILLE INVESTMENT COMPANY AND BLOCK "C" PLAT OF GARDEN VILLAGE 3rd UNIT Notice of this Resolution shall be published on the 25th day of January and on the lst day `i of February, • 1957 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and The Record.
