User Testing
We have developed a Test, Learn, Iterate (TLI) process which will enable our collaborative team to
iteratively craft and refine the design. As part of our process, we, will conduct user testing prior to
production of any final software or media. This includes creating prototypes and mock-ups that allow
us to determine the optimal final design,
Universal Design and ADA Compliance
The 3D modelling process allows us to design a space from the perspective of a handicapped
individual, a child, a family, or a crowd. This helps us better design a comparable experience for users
with physical disabilities. Working in this format also allows us the ability to ensure that all content is
accessible to the hearing and visually impaired visitors.
Project Management Approach
As the overall Project Manager, Tessellate understands that it is essential for us to have an ongoing
presence in South Bend. We strongly desire to produce a vehicle that will exceed all of your
expectations, and we will meet in South Bend (from nearby Dayton) whenever either party sees this
presence as beneficial. In order to ensure that the overall project will meet the firneframe, Tessellate
will adhere to the following approach.
Tessellate, will plan weekly coordination calls grouped around milestones, schedule weekly
progress reviews to ensure that milestones are met and to provide updates at the end of each
phase.
Tessellate's approach is to connect every week on project progress. Interactive media tools
such as Go -To -Meeting, Google Docs and Basecamp will be effectively utilized.
Tessellate will proactively establish a communication plan that includes all key participants on
the project team and connects progress check -ins on a weekly basis. Senior Tesseilate
personnel, will always be accessible.
7 EXPERIENCES
X 1,1z
