Experiential Approach
The Tessellate/ Xibitz team has a collaborative process for designingi and implementing innovative,
experiential design solutions. We begin our process by meeting with your team, stakeholders, external
partners and any key participants involved in the project to refine the goals and target audience.
Through thoughtful observation, research:, analysis and collaboration, our team will then develop
creative experiences, enticing visitors to interact with your exhibits and with each other.
Our approach to design is to create experiences that have exceptional functionality and that are
engaging, educational and informative. Every part of the design - both physical and digital - should
evoke simplicity and ease of use. The design will be durable, easy to maintain and to update. The
Technical Approach
our approach to technology is based on years of experience working with museums, institutes and
corporations of all sizes. We develop technology infrastructure, and software platforms that applications
can be built upon and accessed within and outside of the physical location. Our approach to the design
will be to develop modular, flexible interfaces that are intuitive, easy to use, and can accommodate new
assets over time. We recommend technology that achieves the following goals:
- offer a great and informative in person experience. Whether through an interactive photo booth to
capture the experience, a touch screen map that highlights local attractions, or a large-scale dynamic
media environment, the experience will need to engage, inform and move people.
- Toolsto take away. This entails a deeper dive into information for visitors and allows ways to save,
share, and send details of the experience and even,
- Leverage existing channels, such as social media. We will work with you to discover additional
channels and technology platforms to leverage.
PhvslcaI Design S 3D Modeling Process
For Physical Design, Tessellate has established a unique approach of creating a working 3D model of
the overall environment and vehicle design. This iterative approach allows us to design in real-time with
our clients, ensuring a successful process that saves both -time and money by creating efficiency in the
design process. Most importantly, this process ensures collective ownership of the vision and will result
in an amazing experience for the visitors.
V X IENCES
Ti SSLLLA,, X it)i I'Z r.u,'L-T-
