LEASED SYSTEM OPTION • System equipment is 29 TMNXT 7 720. • System will be installed by Watcon subcontractor as part of monthly lease cost. • System will be put into operation by Watcon personnel as part of monthly lease cost. • System will be monitored through monthly on site service visits by Watcon personnel as part of monthly lease cost. There will be no additional charge for reasonable emergency service calls. • All parts and labor are under warrenty as part of the monthly lease cost • Initial lease is for three years at the monthly rate of $660.00. • Customer may cancel the lease at any time before the three year period is completed subject to a one time payment of remaining monthly lease costs. • At the completion of the initial three year lease customer may continue at the same monthly lease cost under the same warrenty and service terms of the original lease. PURCHASE AND INSTALL OPTION • System equipment is 29 TMNXT 7 720. • System will be installed by Watcon subcontractor at a cost of $3000.00. • System will be put into operation by Watcon personnel at no additional cost. • System will be monitored through monthly on site service calls by Watcon personnel at an annual cost of $1,200.00. • Additional emergency calls will be billed separately at $100.00 per call. • All system parts are warrented by the manufacturer for a period of 3 years from date of system start up. Labor for repair is warrented for a period of 6 months from date of start up. After warranty, customer will be responsible for all repair and replacement costs. • Watcon will require 50% of total equipment and installation costs at the time of order placement. The balance of equipment and installation costs are due 30 days after start up date. • Service agreement of $1,200 can be paid annually, quarterly or monthly. • First year cost - $13,110.00 • Second year cost - $1,200.00 • Third year cost - $1,200.00.
