523 <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2841, 1956 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and they <br />assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of THE EAST AND WEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS NUMBERED 23 <br />and 24. PART OF STULL'S SECOND ADDITION, under Resolution No. 2841. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstances were filed.1 <br />The Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the <br />Board therefore finds that the alley has been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. THE FIRST EAST AND WEST ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY SIXTH STREET AND <br />• SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD, and 4.
