523 <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2841, 1956 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and they <br />assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of THE EAST AND WEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS NUMBERED 23 <br />and 24. PART OF STULL'S SECOND ADDITION, under Resolution No. 2841. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstances were filed.1 <br />The Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the <br />Board therefore finds that the alley has been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. Thel <br />• Board, therefore decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things rati <br />fied, confirmed, and approved without modification and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacated upon <br />ireceipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all prorceed- <br />ings had with reference to said vacation are hereby sustained. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2842, 1956 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and the <br />assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of 1. THIRTY SIXTH STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD SUBJECT TO 20 <br />FOOT EASEMENT OVER CENTER LINE OF SEWER. 3. THE FIRST EAST AND WEST ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY SIXTH STREET AND <br />• SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD, and 4. G. <br />Livengood and in the Record with an affidavit signed by W. DeCanio were submitted to the Board and found <br />sufficient. Net total bid price $6,141.65 <br />The bid is hereby referred to the Engineer for tabulation and report. <br />Also the bids for Indiana Avenue pavement improvement were received and opened. Proofs of publicati <br />in the South Bend Tribune with an affidavit signed by C.G. Livengood and in the Record with an affidavit <br />signed by W. DeCanio were submitted to the Board and found sufficient.
