523 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2841, 1956 This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and they assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of THE EAST AND WEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS NUMBERED 23 and 24. PART OF STULL'S SECOND ADDITION, under Resolution No. 2841. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstances were filed.1 The Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board therefore finds that the alley has been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. Thel • Board, therefore decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things rati fied, confirmed, and approved without modification and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacated upon ireceipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all prorceed- ings had with reference to said vacation are hereby sustained. THE FIRST NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY WEST OF LOGAN STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD. 2. THIRTY SIXTH STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD SUBJECT TO 20 FOOT EASEMENT OVER CENTER LINE OF SEWER. 3. THE FIRST EAST AND WEST ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY SIXTH STREET AND • SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD, and 4. THE FIRST NORTH AND SOUTH ALLEY WEST OF THIRTY SIXTH STREET SOUTH OF NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD, under Vacation Resolution No. 2842. Also the bids for Indiana Avenue pavement improvement were received and opened. Proofs of publicati in the South Bend Tribune with an affidavit signed by C.G.
