Permission granted. <br />•!� The Estimate of Cost for the improvement of South Lake Street from North line of Jefferson Blvd. to <br />1South line of Washington Street by constructing a Class "C" pavement under Resolution No. 2846, 1956 was <br />(`accepted and approved by the Board. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 8243 <br />i <br />FINAL CONFIRMATION OF IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION <br />For the improvement of Oakcrest Drive and Sylvan Glen from 35th Street and Oakcrest Drive to Sylvan G1 <br />land McKinley Avenue by constructing a local combined sewer under Improvement Resolution No. 2843, 19569 a- <br />dopted August 6, 1956 and first confirmed on August 27, 1956. <br />No written remonstrance or remonstrances against said improvement bearing the signatures of fifty-one <br />• fi e :) per cent or mome of the resident property owners on said street to be improved, having been filed <br />within the ten (10) day period following the date and time of the hearing on said improvement, therefore, <br />
