The North and South alley between Falcon Street and Kenmore Street running from Jefferson <br />Street North to Washington Street. <br />2. The north and south alley between Kenmore Street and Wellington Street running from Jefferson <br />Street North to Washington Street. <br />3. The East and West alley, between Jefferson Street and Washington Street running from Wellington <br />Street east to Falcon Street. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: <br />Lots numbered 1054 - 1055 - 1066 - 1067 - 1074 - 1075 - and 453 to 464 inclusive, Part of <br />Second Plat of LaSalle Park <br />Notice Of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of July and on the 27th day of July, 1956 <br />'in the South Bend Tribune and The Record. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 6th day of August, 1956 at 10:00 A.M. Minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved. Claims in the <br />'total amount of $53,493.35 were approved and ordered paid to the following suppliers: The list of these <br />.suppliers is in the July 23rd meeting of the Board of Safety ledger. <br />Mr. George Lamphier appeared for the Oliver Corporation and inquired about the assessment of the <br />;Oliver Corporation for the Huron Street Sewer. <br />I <br />Excavation bonds was examined and approved for McIntyre & Jones Company. <br />Contractor's bonds were approved for Joseph Rothwell. <br />Special policemen bonds were examined and approved for George Doy, Robert N. Osborn, Donald James <br />Wahl, James Arlen Nevins, Abraham Hoogenboom, Edward J. Pilarski, and George N. Beamer. <br />A petition was filed and approved for the construction of a permanent type residential pavement oni1 <br />34th Street from East Jefferson to East Washington Street and the petition was referred to the City Enginee%'s <br />Department. <br />The following plans were approved: Ardmore Trail Street Plan in Brentwood Estates, Sheridan Avenue <br />plans in Brentwood Estates, Sheridan Plaza, Roxebury Plaza, and Surrey Lane Street Plan in Brentwood Estates, <br />Brentwood Drive Pavement Plan in Brentwood Estates, Woodbine Way and Brentwood Drive plans in Brentwood Es- <br />tates, and Ardmore Trail Street plans in Brentwood Estates. <br />A stop sign was installed on the notthwest corner of alley that dead ends into East Madison Street <br />one-half block east of Michigan Street. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 28389 1956 <br />In regards to the sewer in Huron Street from Arnold Street to Webster Street: <br />1.
