I <br />1' Mr. George Swiatowy, 1701 Magnolia Street, South Bend, Indiana appeared before the Board in responso. <br />j'to notification by the Board to show cause as to why the dust condition on the property owned by said Swia-i) <br />towy and rented by Marion Trucking Company has not been taken care of as to date. Mr. Swiatowy is hereby <br />11 <br />;:directed to have the dust condition in the said area corrected within one week from this date and is also <br />lrequested to appear before the Board on Monday, June 25, 1956. <br />It is also brought to the attention of the Board of similar condition esixting pn property owned bye <br />Mr. Swiatowy and rented to Interstate Truck lines, General Freight Lines, Mid -States Truck Lines, and the it <br />'McNamara Truck Lines. The Board now orders that an investigation be made of said conditions and that if <br />!such condition exists at the various truck lines that notice be sent to each company to have it corrected <br />within two weeks from this date, and also that representatives of said truck lines appear before the Board <br />on Monday, July �1, 1956. <br />With reference to the building located at 677 LaPorte Avenue and owned by David Scruggs, 677 LaPorte <br />Avenue the Board hereby authorizes that the Building Commissioner, Verner L.
