IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2836 BOARD APPROVES FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS The Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and Estimates for the improvement of Sibley Avenue from the West Property line of College Street to the East Property line of Brookfield Street by constructing a class "C" pavement (Types 1 to 4) are hereby approved. Smith BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS 8 SAFETY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2836 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to make the following described public improvement in the City of South Bend, Indiana, authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution, passed by said Board on the 21st day of May, 1956. Improvement Resolution No. 2836, 19561, for the improvement of Sibley Avenue from the West property line of College Street to the East property line of Brookfield Street by constructing a Class "C" pavement (Types 1 to 4). All work done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accord- ance with the terms and conditions of Improvement Resolution No. 2836, 1956, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on the above named day, and the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specification and Estimates to be adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, upon the final adoption and confirmation of said Resolution and placed on file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Sa- fety of said City. I The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of June, 1956 at the hour of 7:30 A.M. (DST) for the purpose of hearing and considering all re- ! monstrances, which may have been filed or which may be presented and will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said proposed improvement, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
