in RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE RESOLUTION NO. 2815 - 1955 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final Estimate and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on the 7th day of May, 1956 on the improvement known as the Victory Avenue - Delano Avenue Pavement as described' in Improvement Resolution No. 2815, 1955, passed by the Board of Public Works & Safety on'i September 6, 1955, and confirmed by said Board on September 6, 1955, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hear- .ing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N. 111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6, 1905. Smith NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET IMPROVENENT RESOLUTION NO. 2815 Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been com- pleted and the general character of the Improvement, the street, alley or public place on'. which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: Victory AVenue-- Delano Avenue from MacArthur Avenue to Corby Street by constructing -a Class C - Type 3- Bituminous Concrete (AH) Pavemwnt. There is on file in the Office of the City Controller of the City of South Bend, Indiana, an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of prop- erty erty subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the Office of the City Controller. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the Office of the Board in said City, will on the 21st day of May, 1956, at 10:00 A.M. (DST) receive and hear re- monstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less that that • named on said rollor in any sum.
