(CST), it was so announced and the bids for the Str et Department were opened: De o P p Proof of publication in the South Bend Tribune on the 2nd day of� March and on the 9th day of March, 1956 was submitted to the Board with an affidavit sign- ed by G. G. Livengood of the South Bend Tribune as to notice of bid. Also, proof of pub ilication of the Record on the 2nd day of March and on the 9th day of March, 1956 with an iaffidavit signed by W. DeGanio showing notice of bids. Lafayette St. South Bend, Indiana A non -collusion affidavit and a certified check in the amount of $182.00 accompanied the bid. A non -collusion affidavit and a certified check in the amounts of 400.00 accompanied the bid. A non -collusion affidavit and a certified check in the amount of $420.00 accompanied the bid. All bids were taken under advisement until next Monday, March 19, 1956 and award of bids will be made at that time. Bids are on file for reference in the office of the Board of Works & Safety. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ofthe Board of Public Works & Safety was adjourned at 11:10 A.M.
